Service Description
For those seeking smoother hair and a simpler styling routine. A consultation allows us to examine your hair, review its history, and advise you on the service before confirming your appointment. Price starts at $250. The final price is confirmed during the consultation. This service requires a 3-hour appointment. A 25% deposit of the agreed-upon price is required after the consultation. Your request will be subject to approval; the appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is due at the salon. Please review our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your appointment, which will be deducted from the total service price. The balance is due at the salon. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you can request a refund of your deposit. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable; a new deposit is required to book a new appointment. There are no automatic cancellation fees. If Viva Bellesa cancels your appointment, you can choose a full refund of your deposit or apply it to a new date. Permanent hair straightening requires a prior consultation. Prices start at $250; the final price and the 25% deposit will be confirmed after the consultation, before confirming your appointment.
