Refunds and cancellations
Salon appointments
A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the remaining balance. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you can request a refund of your deposit or apply it to a new date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced.
For changes or questions, please call 602-715-8478. If Viva Bellesa cancels your appointment, you can choose a refund or transfer it to a new date.
Registration and training
The eyelash extension course has a regular price of $1,590 USD. A 25% deposit of $397.50 USD is required to reserve your spot; the remaining balance is $1,192.50 USD. If there is a valid promotion, please review the total and deposit amount before making your payment. The balance is due before the first day of the course. Course deposits and payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the student, except where required by law.
To request a date change, please send your request in writing at least 30 days in advance to info@vivabellesa.com. Changes are subject to availability; any applicable fees must be communicated and accepted before the change. If Viva Bellesa cancels the course, you can choose a refund or transfer it to another date.

These terms and conditions do not limit your statutory rights. Authorized refunds are processed to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider and bank.
